About the Trip
We'll be showing Girl Scouts from across the country all of the places and activities that we love most in our beautiful council, Girl Scouts of the Sierra Nevada!
Participants will backpack the beautiful Tahoe Rim trail, go whitewater rafting on the Truckee River, swim in the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe, gaze up at half dome in Yosemite, explore the alien world of Mono Lake, boulder and fly fish in the Eastern Sierra, and more on this adventure packed trip!

The Cost
Total value of the experience: $1,500
Thanks to generous Girl Scout donors, we are excited to share that each participant accepted to this trip will receive a 35% discount, reducing the cost by $525. No extra steps needed — the grant is automatically applied once you're accepted!
You pay: $975
Program Fee does not include airfare. Girls will need to arrange transportation to Reno, Nevada.
Deposit due upon acceptance: $100. (This deposit is included in your trip Program Fee, not in addition to it.)
Financial aid may be available. Check with your local council.
